2015 Promotional Art Contest

for the Mariposa Rotary Club ‘Art & Wine Festival’

Good news!  On Saturday, May 23rd, 2015 the Rotary Club will host the 11^th Annual “Art & Wine Festival” at the historic Mariposa County Courthouse Lawn.  Last year’s event was a fun social gathering with colorful and talented artists, a wonderful variety of wine from the Sierra Foothill wineries and a nostalgic car display.  This year the Festival will focus on art and wine and the ambience of the Courthouse Lawn.

The Rotary Club invites artists to submit artwork suitable for use in our promotions that include postcards, posters, and general advertising.  Please submit your entry in digital format and portrait orientation.  You may submit any art that has a relationship with art and wine, Mariposa history, local scenery, flora, fauna, or the Mariposa Community.  The A&W Committee will make the final selection.  The selected artist will be provided a complimentary space at the Courthouse Lawn and will be credited in our print materials.

The Mariposa Yosemite Rotary Club is pleased to contribute to our community with this fun event.  We look forward to your submission(s). The deadline for submission is March 30, 2015.
