October 6, 2020 - CAL FIRE reports wildland fires are inevitable in California with its Mediterranean climate.

This map shows a 5-year history of large wildland fire perimeters, across all jurisdictions throughout the state.

With more than 4 million acres burned to-date, there are over 100 million acres remaining that could potentially be impacted by wildfire.
