January 4, 2021 - It's a busy day for vaccines news! As we shared earlier today, we hope to be completing all of the first doses of Phase 1A this week.

This means that Phase 1B is just around the corner. This phase will include individuals 75+ years old, the workforce in education, childcare, emergency services, and food and agriculture, those 65-74 years old with underlying health conditions and/or a disability,
and workers in transportation and logistics; industrial, residential, and commercial sectors; critical manufacturing; incarcerated individuals; and homeless/unhoused.
In an effort to reach those in our community who may fall into this category based on age and/or health history, we have created a COVID-19 Vaccine Contact Form you can fill out and when you are eligible, someone will contact you to schedule an appointment. If you have COVID-19 questions, about the vaccine or otherwise, please contact our team at 209-259-1332. If someone needs to fill out the form and does not have internet access or needs assistance, they can call that number to have someone fill out the form with them.
Wondering if your health history puts you at a higher risk for COVID-19? Here are some of the conditions the CDC has identified that put you at a higher risk for COVID-19 infections.

Here's your reminder to schedule your COVID-19 test for this week!
If you work with the public, it is recommended you test every two weeks.
If you are unable to stay home due to work or other essentials, it is recommended you tests at least once a month.
If you are feeling sick, it is recommended you get tested as soon as possible.
If you think you may have been exposed, have recently attended a gathering or traveled outside of the county, it is recommended you test 5 days post-exposure.

The testing site is open Tuesdays - Saturdays from 7:00 A.M. - 11:30 A.M. and again from 1:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M.
