Mariposa County in central California... Southern Tuolumne County in northern California... Madera County in central California... Northwestern Kern County in central California... Kings County in central California... Central Merced County in central California... Western Tulare County in central California... Central Fresno County in central California... * Until 230 PM PST. * At 1136 AM PST, Doppler radar indicated moderate to locally heavy rain that will cause urban and small stream flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas will result in minor flooding in the advisory area. A quarter to one inch of rain has already fallen during the past six hours. This has cause small stream rises in the sierra foothills. * Some locations that will experience flooding include... Fresno, Visalia, Clovis, Merced, Madera, Tulare, Hanford, Atwater, Yosemite South Entrance, Corcoran, Lemoore, Sanger, Reedley, Selma, Dinuba, Chowchilla, Avenal, Orosi, Parlier and Kerman.
