Update: Jordan has been located

May 12, 2021 - Merced – On May 12th Jordan Dugan (16) was reported missing to the Merced Police Department. Dugan was last seen at his home on Robin Avenue. The Merced Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating Jordan Dugan.
