June 26, 2021 - Merced – The Merced Police Department reports on Friday, June 25th at approximately 9:53 A.M., Officers arrested Kenny Pearson for arson. Pearson started a fire in dry brush and debris in the 300 block of S. Parsons Ave. Pearson was in the process of lighting another fire when officers contacted him. Pearson was booked into Merced County Jail for Felony arson.
