Evening Update Per Cal Fire: River Fire is at 9,500 Acres with 28% Containment as of Wednesday evening.
Updates Per Madera County Sheriff's Office:
The Evacuation Warning for Road 600 between Road 415 and Road 612, Road 600 between Blazing Saddle Trail and Highway 49 has been lifted. These areas are not under any warnings. The Evacuation Order for Road 600 between Road 612 and Blazing Saddle Trail, Road 800, Road 820, Road 810, Road 812 has been reduced to an Evacuation Warning. This area is being open to residents only. Proof of residence must be provided at traffic control points. Residents need to be prepared to leave again if fire conditions change. Road 600 will remain closed to all thru traffic. Residence must use care while driving in the area due to a large amount of fire equipment in the area.
Updates Per Mariposa County Sheriff's Office:
All current Fire Advisories and road closures for Mariposa County have been lifted. There will continue to be a heavy presence of fire related equipment and and around the fire area. Please continue to drive with caution
