Mariposa AYSO has announced that its new Regional Commissioner is Katie Pike.  Registration for fall soccer is now open.  Players and volunteers must register now so that organizers can form teams for the beginning of the soccer season on Saturday, September 13, 2014.  Games are played at the Woodland Elementary fields.

The divisions, based on age, are U-5/6 (4 and 5 year olds), U-8 (6 and 7 year olds), U-10 (8 and 9 year olds), U-12 (10 and 11 year olds), U-14 (12 and 13 year olds) and U-16/19.  The cost is U-5/6 $65, U-8/10/12/14 $80, U-16/19 $65.  The date for determining age is the age of your child on July 31, 2014.  

If one than more children in a family are registered for play, there is a discount of $5 off per child, starting with the second child registered.  Payments may be mailed to: Mariposa AYSO, P.O. Box 1000, Mariposa, CA 95338 along with the printed registration form prepared by the website.  AYSO’s mission is to develop and deliver quality youth soccer programs which promote a fun, family environment based on AYSO’s six philosophies:  everyone plays, balanced teams, open registration, positive coaching, good sportsmanship and player development. 

AYSO is a volunteer-run organization.  The coaches, referees and administrators are all volunteers who lend their time and talents so that each child gets a terrific AYSO experience.
