August 20, 2021 - To prevent the spread of coronavirus, and protect our patients, staff and the community, at this time, the acute and the emergency department are limiting visits to:
- Patients who are at the end-of-life may have two visitors.
- Patients with intellectual and/or development disability or cognitive impartments may have one support person.
- Patients under the age of 18 may have two visitors, must be a parent or guardian.
- No visitor under the age of 18, unless visiting an end-of-life patient.
- Visitors will not be allowed in rooms of COVID-19 suspected or positive patents.
- Any visitor that meets criteria above and is going to a patient room on Acute must show proof of vaccination or show documentation of a negative SARS-CoV-2 test that occurred within 72 hours before each visit. (This does not apply to the ER.)
- Visitors are always welcome to call patients.
