Dine-Out at Savoury’s & Steve’s Sportsmans Cafe
to Support Local Mariposa Art Camps

Eat at Savoury’s on Friday, June 19 and Steve’s Sportsmans Café on Saturday, June 20, 2015 and both restaurants will donate a percentage of the night’s proceeds to the Mariposa County Arts Council and Mariposa County Department of Parks and Recreation’s Summer Art Camp program. This summer camp program provides low cost arts programming two days a week for over 50 local children through Parks and Recreations Summer Day Camp. Scheduled art camp programs this year include 9 weeks of music instruction with local music teacher and local band, Bootstrap Circus, lead singing Adam Burns; 5 weeks of ceramic instruction with Tiffany Newberry and Phyllis Becker; and a papermaking workshop with Jeannine Andre.

“We so appreciate Savoury’s and Steve’s Sportsmans Café for supporting accessible arts education for the youth of Mariposa,” said Mariposa County Arts Council’s Executive Directory, Cara Goger.

Please plan to eat at Savoury’s on June 19  and Steve’s Sportsmans Café on June 20 and give local art programming for youth a boost.
