Along with Modesto Police investigators, Riverbank Police Services detectives identified Fells as a suspect in a string of robbery cases in Stanislaus County. Thursday afternoon, Fells was apprehended in the 4700 block of Sierra Street in Riverbank. Following his arrest, a search warrant was conducted of a house he was associated to. Several items were located that are believed to be related to cases in both jurisdictions.
