February 7, 2022 - On Friday, February 4, 2022, at about 2:45 A.M. in the morning, Corporal Zanini made a traffic stop on Fifth Avenue in Jamestown on a vehicle with tinted windows. The driver of the vehicle, 36-year-old Keith Martin, told Cpl. Zanini there was drug paraphernalia in the vehicle.
Cpl. Zanini searched Martin’s vehicle and found a bag containing over 24 grams of methamphetamine, a smaller bag of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and a digital scale. Martin admitted to deputies there would be statements related to drug sales on his cell phone.
Martin was arrested and booked at the Dambacher Detention Center (DDC) for possession of a controlled substance for sale, transportation of a controlled substance for sale and possession of drug paraphernalia.
