March 8, 2022 - The Tuolumne County Sheriff reports on early Monday morning, deputies responded to a call from Chicken Ranch Casino security of a man who was seen in the parking lot putting a pistol into his waistband and smoking something off tin foil with two others.
Deputies contacted 26-year-old Erik Odle, 28-year-old Madison Davis of Modesto, and 29-year-old Dustyn Davis of Tracy inside the casino. Deputies located a pistol inside Odle’s waistband and a loaded magazine in Odle’s pocket. Deputies searched Odle and found drug paraphernalia, more than 27 grams of fentanyl packaged into several small bags, methamphetamine, unused bags, and nearly $1,000 cash. Deputies searched Dustyn Davis and found drug paraphernalia and more than13 grams of fentanyl. Deputies searched Madison Davis and found drug paraphernalia and a small amount of methamphetamine.
Odle was arrested and booked at the Dambacher Detention Center on charges of transporting a narcotic controlled substance for sale, transporting a controlled substance for sale, possession of a narcotic controlled substance for sale, possession of a controlled substance while armed with a loaded firearm, possession of a controlled substance for sale, addict in possession of a firearm, and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia.
Dustyn and Madison Davis were issued citations for possession of a controlled substance and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia.
