One-Way Traffic Control 
Delays Expected on State Routes 49, 132, and 140 

March 17, 2022 – Mariposa County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various operations on State Routes 49, 132, and 140 next week in Mariposa caltranssignCounty. Route 49

  • One-way traffic control from Allred Road to Varain Road for tree work from 6:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. on Monday, March 21, 2022.

  • One-way traffic control from Crown Lead Road to Penon Blanco Road for shoulder work beginning Monday, March 21, through Wednesday, March 23, 2022, from 8:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. Route 132

  • One-way traffic control from Bonds Flat Road to State Route 49, Coulterville, for shoulder work beginning Thursday, March 24, through Friday, March 25, 2022, from 8:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. Route 140

  • One-way traffic control from Mariposa Creek to Coakley Circle for electrical work beginning Monday, March 21 through Friday, March 25, 2022, from 8:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M.

Motorists should expect 10-minute delays and use alternate routes whenever possible.

This work is scheduled to begin as listed, but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment, and/or materials and construction related issues.
