April 6, 2022 - Dear Friends, As April begins, Chocolate Soup is brimming with new seasonal and home décor (check out the photos below)!
We have lots of great little Easter basket stuffers for kids and Mother's Day gifts. Be sure to come in and shop early for the best selection!
Given the obstacles of the past two years, and the continuing logistical challenges of ordering and receiving merchandise in larger shipments, I've chosen to NOT have a focal Spring Open House weekend. Instead, we intend to celebrate the spring season throughout these next few months! Smaller amounts of merchandise will be arriving weekly to add to our décor, both inside and out.
Many of our out-of-town customers have shared with us that their favorite, cute little shops have closed. Our store is thriving, thanks to all of our loyal patrons! I am so very grateful to each of you for choosing to shop at Chocolate Soup. I'll continue to do my best in selecting each item that is curated into our vignettes, along with gifts for all ages, vintage, and antique items.
I encourage you to stop in whenever you can to see what's new, enjoy our blooming gardens and the experience of Chocolate Soup.

On Saturday, May 7 for our "Pop Up Meet & Buy" with several local artisans. One day only from 10:00 A.M. - 5:30 P.M. in our garden.
- Lisa McElroy Pottery: one-of-a-kind pottery for home and garden, all handcrafted, glazed and fired by Lisa herself.
- Sierra Barrel Works: Brian and Shari Wass with their wine barrel home and garden décor creations.
- The Colonial Woodwrights: Michael Crowley with his handcrafted home décor and folk art, along with Beth & Jason Tucker (our daughter and son-in-law), 2nd Generation folk artist and wood crafters.
- Cindy's T-Shirts: Cindy Althens will have a variety of her spring and garden inspired bling tees.
- Enjoy live guitar music by Carlton Lynn while you shop!
