Artwork for Music on the Green was created by Mariposa County High School Junior, Celianna Lee (pictured). Celianna is a versatile artist with a focus on digital illustration and acrylic painting. Her MOTG Celiannavarious inspirations have helped develop a contrast and color-orientated style, which play deeply into each composition. “I’m a passionate artist. Every piece I create is made with intention, emotion, and love. I chose dogwood flowers to symbolize our community.” The Arts Councils is pleased to support emerging young artists like Celianna by providing professional, collaborative project opportunities that help build community connection. Celianna’s first exhibition will be at Sticks Coffee (4993 7th St., Mariposa, CA 95338) through the month of August.

A complete schedule of the talent performing throughout this summer season can be found at Music on the Green. Tips for the performers will be solicited, encouraged, and appreciated.
