July 17, 2015 - All injured firefighters from Engine 346 have been released from the hospital and are now at home recovering. Due to the nature of the accident (large vehicle rollover), the time for recovery is not yet known. While three members of the crew were released the day of the incident with minor injuries (one was readmitted for care and kept until Monday), two members remained hospitalized with more serious injuries and were released Wednesday.
Members of the engine crew were traveling east on Highway 168 when they were involved in a vehicle rollover incident on June 12. Since then, overwhelming community support has been provided to the affected firefighters and families.
