The Leisure and Hospitality industry with 2,260 workers during June 2015 employed 290 additional workers (14.7%) than during May 2015 when 1,970 workers were in the industry. Compared to June 2014 the Leisure and Hospitality industry employed 170 fewer workers (-7.0%) when the industry employed 2,430 workers. The Government employed 7.5% more workers during June 2015 (2,300) than in June 2014 when 2,140 people were employed in Government jobs.
Construction employment rose 6.7% in June 2015 compared to June 2014 with 160 employees compared to 150 employees in 2014.
The Civilian Labor Force came in at 8,690 during June 2015. The Labor Force decreased by 90 (-1.0%) from June 2014 when the Labor Force was at 8,780.
There was a increase of 40 employees in the county in June 2015 over June 2014 when 8,160 residents were working in the county. That results in a year to year increase of .5%
