August 13, 2022 - Merced – Merced PD Investigators and Modesto PD Investigators arrested a Modesto man for sales of fentanyl after serving a search warrant.

Detective Lupian with the Merced Police Department was investigating Brian Senseney (22) regarding narcotic sales. The investigation showed that Senseney lives in Modesto, Ca and he was coming to the City of Merced to sell Fentanyl pills. Detective Lupian worked with investigators from the Modesto Police Department and on 8-11-22, Detectives and Officers with the Merced PD Gang Unit served a search warrant in the 2500 block of Dana Lane in Modesto.

The search warrant revealed that Senseney was in possession of Fentanyl pills, Cocaine and Xanax for sale. Senseney was arrested and booked into Stanislaus County Jail by the Modesto Police Department. Modesto PD Investigators were able to obtain a bail enhancement due to Senseney having recent arrests for similar crimes.
