August 15, 2022 - On Friday, August 19 ”Mariposa Songwriters" in the round will share stories and songs for Music on the Green. All of the songwriters in this performance have an intimate connection to the area whether they call it home or have generations of family from the area. This evening features Tony Morrow, Cheyenne Hernandez, Kaye Jesperson and Hank Lamar.
Dirty Red Barn to perform on Saturday, August 20
Dirty Red Barn from Petaluma, California will take the stage for Music on the Green on Saturday, August 20. DRB is a Sonoma County rock and folk band. They were a highlight of the season the last time they performed for Music on the Green.
A complete schedule of the talent performing throughout this summer season can be found at Music on the Green. Tips for the performers will be solicited, encouraged, and appreciated. All performances begin at 7:00 P.M. (unless otherwise noted) at the Mariposa County Art Park, located on Hwy. 140, between 4th and 5th Streets, in historic downtown Mariposa, CA. Parking is available along 5th St. The lower 5th St. parking lot provides an accessible pedestrian path to the Art Park through the Mariposa Creek Parkway entry.
