November 19, 2022 - Congratulations to MCHS October Staff Club challenge prize winner, teacher Ben Jewell! 

The Mariposa County High School Staff Club is broken into teams this year. Every month, the teams are given friendly challenges that have staff interacting with students in ways meant to build unity and make everyone on campus, staff and students, feel more connected. Teams are awarded points for their efforts. The team with the most points for the month is eligible for prizes. 

The MCHS Academic Boosters Club gladly supports Staff Club's team building efforts by donating some of the monthly prizes.

In September, ABC provided 12 $5 Sticks gift cards for all members of the winning team to enjoy. 

For October, based on the collection of staff spirit points for the month, the winning team was the junior team. All members of that team were entered into a drawing and Mr. Jewell's name was chosen. He won some great items donated by FFA (in honor of FFA spirit week) as well as some Grizzly swag, and a $25 gift card to High Country Health Food donated by ABC.

Staff Club is combining challenge drawings for November and December. ABC is supporting efforts by donating $25 gift cards to Mae It Be Home and Chocolate Soup.
