January 4, 2023 - We're looking at more winter weather starting today. Be sure to take some time to review these winter weather driving tips:
- Check road conditions and restrictions ahead of time and allow for additional travel time as needed.
- Keep an eye on the weather forecast.
- Carry chains at all times and stop early to put them on.
- Keep emergency preparedness kits in vehicle.
- Have jumper cables, blankets, and other winter supplies in vehicle.
- Keep gas tanks full and phones charged. Have a backup plan for both.
- Slow down on wet, snowy, or icy roads.
- Be aware and always drive safely!
