January 5, 2023 - Fresno County Sheriff's Office reports by its terms, Local Rule 3.1.14 Emergency Bail remains in full force and effect until 90 days after the Governor declares that the state of emergency related to the COVID-19 pandemic is lifted, or until amended or repealed by a majority of the judges of the Fresno Superior Court. The latter event has occurred.

The Emergency Bail Schedule adopted as Local Rule 3.1.14, has been repealed by a majority of the judges of the Fresno Superior Court. As of January 4, 2023, the new bail schedule voted on and adopted by a majority of the judges of the Fresno Superior Court is in effect. The new bail schedule became effective upon completion of posting and noticing on January 4, 2023. The newly adopted bail schedule can be accessed on the court's website at https://www.fresno.courts.ca.gov/.../uniform-bail-penalty... The current bail schedule is referred to as Criminal Bail Schedules 2023.
