February 9, 2023 - Tuolumne County Sheriff officials are asking for the public's help in locating missing person, Janine Frizzell.

Janine may also go by the names Janine Blackburn or Janine Nolan.

Janine was last known to be in the area of Angels Camp at about 6:00pm on Monday January 23rd 2023. She is known to drive a red Chevy Cobalt.

Janine was last seen wearing jeans and tan boots with glitter. Janine is described as a 41-year-old, 5'2", 112 pounds with shoulder length brown hair and brown eyes.
