February 19, 2023 – Fresno Police Department reported that Southeast patrol officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop in the area of Winery Avenue and Kings Canyon Road.

Once stopped, the driver attempted to flee from officers. The driver was detained and found to be an unlicensed juvenile. During an inventory search of the car prior to towing, officers located a privately manufactured firearm and marijuana. The juvenile is a self-admitted gang affiliate. He was arrested for various firearm related felonies and booked into the Juvenile Justice Center.
