Sanger, Parlier, Kingsburg, Kerman, Fresno, Blackwells Corner,

...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM THIS EVENING TO 4 PM
PST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Southeast winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...The northern portion of the San Joaquin Valley
  including the Counties of Merced, Madera, Fresno and Kings.
  Also, for the West Side Mountains and the Foothills of
  Mariposa and Madera Counties.

* WHEN...From 7 PM Thursday to 4 PM PST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects.
  Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may
  result.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high
profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects.
