Man Arrested for Selling Fentanyl 

March 9, 2023 - Merced – Merced Police Department officials reported that on March 8, 2023, at approximately 10:30 A.M., the Merced Police Departments Gang Violence Suppression Unit served a search warrant and arrested a man in possession of over 1,500 Fentanyl pills for sale.

On March 8, 2023, Merced PD Gang Unit Officers served a search warrant in the 2000 block of Piro Dr. in Atwater. Officers arrested the resident Seth Ingalsbe (26) for several warrants related to narcotic sales. Officers searched the home and located over 1,500 fentanyl pills, money, packaging material and scales.

Ingalsbe was transported to the Merced County Jail where he was booked for his outstanding warrants, and for possession of narcotics for sale.
