Top 10 Suspect Arrested for Murder 

May 1, 2023 - Tulare County Sheriff Office officials report that Detectives in the Tulare Area Gang and Narcotics Enforcement Team (TAGNET) arrested Top 10 fugitive Rene Gomes Saturday in the city of Tulare. He was wanted for the 2021 murder of Miguel Rosales.

On January 9, 2021, deputies arrived at the 19000 block of Road 96, in Tulare, and found Rosales suffering from stab wounds. He later succumbed to his wounds.

At the time, Detectives identified Ismael Hernandez and 38-year-old Rene Gomes as the suspects responsible for the murder. Hernandez was arrested and charged with murder. Gomes, however, fled the area and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
