May 11, 2023 - John Reynolds, Yosemite's beloved Postmaster, has retired after 40+ years of service. John has been an integral part of the Yosemite community and his retirement is a milestone that will be felt by many.
As a tribute to his dedicated service, a retirement celebration will be held in his honor at the Clark Community Hall in El Portal, CA. on Saturday, May 13th, 2023 from 3:00 to 8:00 P.M. RSVP required.
The retirement celebration will feature a program of local memories and thanks, and presentations honoring John Reynolds' achievements and contributions.
The celebration will also feature food served by Willow Creek Catering. Guests are invited to RSVP their attendance and choice for food or not at https://johnreynoldsretirementpar.rsvpify.com. Food will not be available for purchase the day of the event. Beverages will be available for purchase from the Yosemite Employee Association.
All friends, acquaintances, coworkers, and members of the Yosemite community are invited to attend the celebration for John Reynolds. Come see your old friends and celebrate. In addition to the retirement celebration, there are several other ways that the community can honor John's legacy. One way is to contribute to a retirement gift that will be presented to John at the celebration. Another is to gather photos and memories to be presented at the celebration.
