June 13, 2023 - Fresno County Sheriff's Office officials report that the suspect is identified as 20-year-old Moises Tellez of Reedley.

He is known to law enforcement and has a lengthy criminal history. He was released from prison on Monday, June 5th, 2023. We are not releasing the crimes Tellez was convicted of due to them occurring when he was a juvenile.
There are no other details to release at this time as this remains an ongoing investigation.
