TRAFFIC ADVISORY 
One-Way Traffic Controls Scheduled for June 25-July 1, 2023 

June 23, 2023 - MARIPOSA COUNTY – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will conduct the following road construction projects on State Route 49 (SR-49) and SR-140 during the week of June 25-July 1, 2023.

State Route 49

• Between Bootjack/Darrah Road and Silva Road/Indian Peak Road for tree work, on Monday, June 26, from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and Tuesday, June 27, 2023, from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
  
  
• At Stumpfield Mountain Road for slope repair beginning Monday, June 26, through Thursday, June 29, 2023, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

State Route 140

• Between the Merced County Line and Darrah Road for highway construction, beginning Monday, June 26, through Friday, June 30, 2023, from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

• At Fifth Street for utility work on Tuesday, June 27, 2023, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Construction is set to occur during these times, but could be delayed or postponed due to weather, equipment, or other factors. Caltrans encourages everyone to visit quickmap.dot.ca.gov or the Quickmap phone app for the latest road conditions.
