Armed and Dangerous
July 12, 2023 - Stanislaus County Sheriff's Office officials report that investigators with the Major Crimes Unit are looking for help locating 36-year-old Luis Vega related to the homicide of Natasha Irrizary last Saturday. Vega is wanted for homicide, robbery, assault with a deadly weapon, and conspiracy to commit a crime. He is considered armed and dangerous. He is described as being 5’9” and 170 lbs. If you see him, call 911 immediately.
On Tuesday morning, at about 6:00 a.m., detectives arrested one of the two people involved in the homicide. 31-year-old Juan Carlos Martinez was arrested during a traffic stop at Highway 99 and Carpenter Road in Modesto. He was booked at the Stanislaus County jail for homicide, robbery, assault with a deadly weapon, and conspiracy to commit a crime.
