was identified as the suspect responsible for igniting the Sam’s Food Supermarket fire on Tuesday, July 11, 2023. The fire occurred on the exterior of the structure and damaged the commercial building.Lynall was arrested on felony charges of suspicion of arson to a structure, PC 451(b).

The arrest and comprehensive investigation were a collaborative effort between multiple agencies consisting of CAL FIRE Law Enforcement, Atwater Fire Department and Atwater Police Department.
