July 14, 2023 - Mariposa County Health & Human Services officials announce available ways to stay cool this weekend at area cooling centers.
We are expecting record-high temperatures in many parts of California this weekend.
This severe weather might have you looking for a place to cool off. We are happy to say that you have options! Our partners at Mariposa County Parks and Recreation have extended pool hours to help our community beat the heat.
And our partners at the Mariposa County Library, cooling centers will be offered at three different locations for community members to cool off. Thank you to both partners!
