July 19, 2023 – Tulare County Sheriff's Office officials report that on July 10th, Deputies responded to a shooting in Richgrove. During their investigation, they found that two brothers were confronted by an unidentified person, later identified as 31-year-old Francisco “Chico” Pantoja.
On July 17th, TAGNET Detectives were able to make contact and detain Pantoja while he was leaving his home. He was arrested and booked at the South County Detention Facility for Assault With a Deadly Weapon (firearm), Parole Violation, and Participating in Criminal Street Gang.
