August 4, 2023 - Fresno Police Department officials report that on July 26, 2023, the subject entered Rosaura’s Bridal located at 1130 Fulton Street and caused a disturbance. The subject became angry and damaged the store's front speaker as he was leaving. The subject walked away for a moment and then returned to throw the store's mannequin on the ground, causing damage to the mannequin.
