August 9, 2023 - Nicholas Lefler will be Music on the Green 's featured artist on Friday, August 11. From Calaveras county, Nicholas Lefler is a prolific musician and producer. He is a master multi-insturmentalist and live looper creating a full band sound for a one man band show. Nicholas has been on the forefront of California's live music scene for a couple of decades, from directing the hugely popular Alma Melodiosa in the late 90s and early 2000s, to producing and performing at the River Ranch Music festival with many of his bands for nearly 20 years. He has recorded several notable bands including Clan Dyken and Tarantula-Banjo. His music is genre defying and will surely captivate the Art Park audience.

Them Badgers to perform on Saturday, August 12
Spooner delivers both original tunes and old favorites while playing guitar, banjo, piano, or even the washboard. For them, writing songs is an expression of their deepest parts. Audrey Baker’s intuitive and well-practiced playing comes through years of study driven by a deep-seated passion for her craft. Audrey reinvigorates the old ways, building on her classical foundation with folk traditions from bluegrass, Americana, and jazz manouche. More about Them Badgers can be found on their website: www.thembadgers.com or on their Instagram, @thembadgers.
All performances begin at 7:00 p.m. (unless otherwise noted) at the Mariposa County Art Park (5013 Hwy 140) in historic downtown Mariposa, CA.
