August 12, 2023 - Tulare County Sheriff's Office officials report that the body of a Springville man who went missing in the Tule River on May 13 was recovered on Friday near Upper Globe Drive in Springville by the Tulare County Sheriff’s Swiftwater Dive Rescue Team.
The victim was 38-year-old William Moore. His family has been notified. We extend our sympathy to his family.
