TRAFFIC ADVISORY
One-Way Traffic Control for August 27 - September 2, 2023
August 25, 2023 - MARIPOSA COUNTY – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will conduct the following one-way traffic control this week on 
State Route-49 (SR-49) and SR-140
State Route 49
- One-way traffic control from Hirsch Road to Usona Road for shoulder work beginning Monday, August 28, through Wednesday, August 30, 2023, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
State Route 140
- One-way traffic control from Triangle Road to El Portal Road for pavement work beginning Sunday, August 27, through Friday, September 1, 2023, from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
- One-way traffic control from Paso Del Oso Road to Martin Road for pavement work on Thursday, August 31, 2023, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- One-way traffic control from E. Whitlock Road to Yosemite Oaks Road for utility work on Wednesday, August 30, 2023, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Full lane closure from Fifth Street to State Route 49 North for special event on Saturday, September 2, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Motorists should expect 5- 10-minute delays and use alternate routes whenever possible. This work is scheduled to take place as listed, but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment, and/or materials and construction related issues.
