Detectives Need Help Locating 16-Year-Old Girl 

August 30, 2023 - Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Office officials report that they are asking for help locating missing 16-year-old Monica Ascensio. Monica left her Turlock home Sunday morning between 3:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. Investigators believe she may be with 26-year-old Cristian Ceja, who has multiple warrants for his arrest. They may be traveling in a gray colored Honda Element with California license plate 6MKL047. 

Monica is described as having black shoulder-length hair, brown eyes, is 5'2" tall, and weighs 99 lbs. Cristian has brown hair and eyes, is 5'8" tall, and weighs 210 lbs.
