September 21, 2023 – Fresno County Sheriff’s Office officials report that the Coroner’s Office needs the public’s help locating relatives of 59-year-old Dwayne Archuleta. (Pictured in 2017)

On June 15, 2023, Archuleta was dropped off at Community Regional Medical Center in Fresno. He later died at the hospital.

During the investigation, it was found that he goes by multiple names, including Dwayne Anderson and Wayne Archuleta, as well as different dates of birth. Our official record shows 5/27/64.

He has the following tattoos: "Liam" and a castle on his right arm. "No Fear" on his left arm. He has a dot or clover near his right eye.

Staff at the Coroner’s Office have searched numerous personal records, but their attempts to find his relatives have been unsuccessful. Locating immediate family members is a necessary process in order for the Coroner’s Unit to release the body and allow the person to have a proper burial.
