OVERNIGHT
- Roadblocks will remain at Minarets Road/Redinger Overlook and Minarets Road/Fish Creek Campground, with access permitted for residents only.
- Evacuation Advisory will remain for Zones 779 (Source Point) & 781 (Kingman Flat).
- Evacuation Warning for Zone 645 (Hogue Ranch) will remain.
Wildfire Notification - KING FIRE
October 14, 2023 - Madera County Sheriff's Office officials report units are in the area Northeast of Kinsman Flat and Mammoth Road near the Clearwater Fire Station along with CALFIRE for a wildfire that is growing at a high rate of spread.
Please be aware of your surroundings and avoid this area.
An Evacuation WARNING has been issued for the following ZONE due to wildfire. There is a potential threat to life and property. Monitor the situation and be prepared to take action immediately.
Zone 645 - Houge Ranch, Clearwater Firestation Area
EVACUATION ADVISORY:
Zone 781 - Kingman Flat
Zone 779 - Source Point
