Fatal Vehicle Collision on M St. and W 15th St.
November 4, 2023 - Merced – Merced Police Department officials report that on Friday, November 3rd, at approximately 9:18 a.m., Officers responded to M Street and W 15th Street for a vehicle vs pedestrian collision. The pedestrian was transported to an area trauma center where he succumbed to his injuries. The driver stayed on scene and was cooperating with the investigation. Speed does not appear to be a factor although drugs and alcohol have not been ruled out.
