November 26, 2023 - El Dorado County Sheriff's Office officials report that over the last month, detectives from the El Dorado County Sheriff’s Office began investigating a series of burglaries which were occurring in the Blackstone community of El Dorado Hills. With help from residents of the community, and proactive police work by deputies, detectives were able to identify a person of interest.
On November 24, 2023, detectives conducted a parole search in Stockton California. Based on items located during the search, detectives ultimately arrested Marcus Anthony Wright of Stockton for burglary, prowling and parole violation.
