November 28, 2023 - Tulare County Sheriff’s Office officials report that the Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in finding more information about a deadly shooting that occurred during a Halloween party in London on October 28th, 2023.
About 200 people were at the party that night and TCSO Investigators believe several people witnessed the murder.
