Homicide Investigation 

December 5, 2023 - Fresno Police Department officials report that on Saturday, December 2, 2023, just after 4:00 a.m., Southeast officers were dispatched to the 4300 Block of East Olive Avenue regarding a Shot Spotter activation. Officers arrived and located four adult male gunshot victims. All four gunshot victims were transported to CRMC. Two of the victims succumbed to their injuries and were pronounced deceased. The deceased victims have been identified as 30-year-old Antonio Arreola and 41-year-old Tim Allan May. The two surviving males are listed in critical but stable condition and are expected to recover from their injuries. We are not releasing the names of the surviving victims at this time.

Investigators learned that a small gathering was taking place at an apartment complex when a disturbance began, and gunshots were fired. Detectives are speaking with those at the party and collecting surveillance video from the area. We are asking for the public’s help with any information related to this investigation.
