Wanted Murder Suspect
December 7, 2023 - Fresno Police Department officials report that they are currently searching for 18-year-old Phillip Bautista for the murder of Luis Valencia.
On Monday, November 27, 2023, just after 10:00 p.m., Central officers were dispatched to 2720 East Clinton Avenue for a gunshot victim. Officers located 51-year-old Luis Valencia suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to CRMC, where he was pronounced deceased, shortly after he arrived. The Homicide Unit was notified and began their investigation.
Homicide detectives have identified 18-year-old Phillip Bautista as the suspect responsible for the fatal shooting of Mr. Valencia.
