December 19, 2023 - Stanislaus County Sheriff's Office officials report that on Saturday December 16, 2023, deputies with Patterson Police Services twice broke up illegal and dangerous sideshow activity at the former NASA Crows Landing Naval Air Station in Crows Landing.

This is a frequent and re-occurring problem where people trespass and drive recklessly in large numbers.

Deputies arrested 12 people, cited one juvenile to their parents, towed 8 cars, impounded a trailer, and recovered a firearm taken without family permission.
