TOP 10 Fugitive Captured in Tulare
January 14, 2024 - Tulare County Sheriff's Office officials report that with information from the public, Detectives with the Sheriff’s Street Crimes Unit 
were able to track down Top 10 Fugitive Luis Lomeli, execute a search warrant, and take him into custody after a multi-block chase Friday.
19-year-old Luis Lomeli, of Orosi, was wanted for a felony domestic violence warrant and for a short pursuit with TCSO during which he dumped a loaded gun.
During the search, Detectives found three guns, including a short-barreled style assault rifle. Detectives also found drugs for sale, including Fentanyl.
Lomeli was arrested at the home, along with five other adults.
