January 19, 2024 - NAPA, Calif. – The Bureau of Reclamation has announced public negotiation sessions with the San Luis and Delta-sisk dam photo by borMendota Water Authority for an Operations Agreement and Cost Share Agreement for the B.F. Sisk Dam and Reservoir Expansion Project, which is located on the west side of California’s Central Valley near Los Banos.

Reclamation and SLDMWA are partnering on the project to increase the storage capacity of San Luis Reservoir by an additional 10-foot raise. The agreements that are the subject of the negotiation support the raise project that is a connected action to the B.F. Sisk Safety of Dams Modification Project already underway. 

The following negotiation sessions will be held at the Napa Valley Marriott, 3425 Solano Ave., Napa:

  • Feb. 1, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Feb. 2, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
